Ah, that’s not possible without a customization, but it’s an interesting idea.
I will ask the developers if they can provide any advice on how to proceed to customize it.
Try:
.header-top-item.header-user { display: none; }
February 27, 2020 at 10:06 am in reply to: Incorrect Categories (and not full list) showing in GD Listings Gutenberg Block #532551Ah, I could see a long list of categories, as shown in the screenshot above from your site, so I thought that was it.
OK, so, if events are selected, it is showing listing categories only.
This is usually caused by a plugin conflict. Have you tried disabling non-GD plugins to see which one is causing the issue?
The far-future plugin is first on my list of suspicions.
Please try a conflict test: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#conflict-test
Right now GD Shortcodes can be used with Oxygen builder. I have tried it with some success.
Since the release of V2, GeoDirectory can be used with any theme. If users want to work with Oxygen and GeoDirectory they can do that with other themes, too.
We will add support and deeper integration based on popularity, and surely we will look into it when it is requested often here in the forum.
Thanks for inquiring about it, we have a note about your request and will update this topic if there is an update available.
If you are having a particular issue we can look into it.
Just share WP Admin credentials and point us to where we can see the issue.
There isn’t a way to do that without a customization.
There are a couple ways to do it. You could look into how to add a new BuddyPress tab and use GD Listings:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/gd-listings/#current_user
Unfortunately adding BP tabs is outside of what we can help with here in support. You can customize it yourself or hire a developer to do it for you.

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/list-manager/February 27, 2020 at 9:45 am in reply to: Location pages unecessay for single type websites? #532541If you use Yoast you can remove them from the sitemap.
You can also skip usage of the Change Location option which directs users to location pages.
You can also unpublish and delete the page used for the location page.
Hello,
there is definitely a plugin or theme conflict that is effecting the search.
Have you already tried changing theme and disabling non-GD addons?

February 27, 2020 at 9:30 am in reply to: Street Address Missing When Importing Listings Using WP All Import #532532It looks correct, do you have the Location Manager installed, activated, and setup for multiregions?
February 27, 2020 at 9:27 am in reply to: Archive Item Template – using image for background image in CSS #532529That requires custom CSS which you can create yourself.
Use this: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-image.asp
Seems ok now?
The GD Listings shortcode you are using is incorrect.
Use the shortcode builder to create a new one.
Be sure to press the blue button to see the advanced options.
It is worth it to use the block editor to see all the options or install the classic editor to see the shortcode builder and all the opitons.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/
Example:
[gd_listings post_type="gd_place" post_limit="10" sort_by="az" title_tag="h3" layout="1" view_all_link="1" with_pagination="1" top_pagination="1" bottom_pagination="1" pagination_info="after" category="0"]

2. You can set the options drawer to open with the shortcode builder. If you want the filter options pre-selected, you could link to the search results page with them selected. Otherwise there isn’t a way to do that without a customization.
3. Enter the tag in the search-for field and copy the link to the search results.
4. Try the special offers field. Add that to your CPT, and then set it for display in Show in extra output locations -> Listings
5. The List Manager addon might be worth checking out.
If I haven’t understood your questions about search, please share a link to a search results page that shows more about what you are looking for
Make a custom frontpage. You can still show 1000 listings there.
