We don’t recommend any particular theme or Builder. Many members have been happy with kleo but it is really up to the member to try them our and see which one works best for you. Builders can’t be used on GD pages, but you can use them on any normal WP page, and then add GD Shortcodes to show listings. That’s how many members go about setting up a custom home page or even landing pages for particular categories of listings.

Themes also have translation files. For supreme you will need to translate the child and the parent theme.
The po files are inside the theme itself. Once you complete the translation feel free to upload them to WordPress.org

The pins are placed on the lat/lon coordinates.
Ratings have several display options and so the extra padding. You can adjust it with custom CSS for your site’s personal style if needed. You could also wait for GDV2 when some features like this will be addressed in the plugin.
So, not sure I am getting it. Which behavior is it you want?

#2 There isn’t an option for that, and it would be a customization if you want to catch them before output. It might be possible with custom CSS. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
