Hello,
On the location page you may want to use a full width page template where you can adjust the map.
The map shortcode must be a directory map, and it will have a post type switcher so you can switch between the different CPTs.
Try a full width template, or contact the theme author for instructions about how to adjust the map template.
Unfortunately it is not easy to add, else we might just do it.
That may be the UsersWP Author Box. You can adjust that in the UsersWP settings (Author Box subtab).

Unfortunately there isn’t a setting for that, so it would require a customization.
The developers will take a look at your question, probably after the weekend, and let you know if there is any easy fix.

Try adjusting the navigation to use the official add listing page link by adding the navigation URL to a menu:
It is possible with the fraanchise addon.
Each listing/business would make another listing for each of the areas where they deliver.
There is a 403 error. Please share WP Admin credentials so we can check into the issue.

To generate a new icon, remove the old one, save, then add color and icon. The icon must be blank or a new one will not be generated.

to add listings to another city and reveal the city field you will need the Location Manager addon.
The free addon is for creating a geodirectory for one city.
