This is a special feature of Apple devices, and it is triggered by small font sizes. You can try setting the font size larger.
The only way to completely copy a GeoDirectory installation is to duplicate or clone the site. Some settings from GeoDirectory can be exported, as well as listings, and then templates can be copied/pasted.
GeoDirectory is multisite compatible, but does not have any features besides the Embed that work between sites. What you are talking about would probably require an API integration.
The developers have discussed adding a feature like this in the future but we are still collecting requirements.
I will add your ideas to the notes and post here if an update is available.

The street field is required, and that is not a bug.
However, you can place any value you want into the street field, and that is also not a bug.
Using the GD Post Address widget/shortcode/block you can display any/all/none of the individual address parts on the frontend; GD Post Address gives you complete control over what parts of the address are displayed on the frontend.
I would recommend that you start with the GD Post Address widget. It is only a matter of minutes to add the widget to GD Details Sidebar and then configure the advanced option (blue button) with a Template that displays only the address data you want to display in the order you want to display it.

It sounds like you should have only one CPT, and then use categories to differentiate them.
It is irregular to add the same listing to two different CPTs.
There isn’t a way to add ad-hoc templates for each GD Listing instance.
What you can do is add, for example, the facebook link to all instances, hide it with CSS, and then show it only on the special page with the GD listings display.
This can be done with your own custom CSS, we have several examples in the forum.

This is not a feature of GeoDirectory or UsersWP.
Avoid redirects
In every case UsersWP will redirect to the profile page.
Can we select UsersWP users for blog post byline?
UsersWP has an ‘author box’ template that can be used to show author (user) information on every post. In order to use it the fields must be populated with information, so, yes, the fields should be filled.
UsersWP for register and login
It is an option to bypass all WP login and registration functionality, yes.
WP native User roles
UsersWP does not manage user roles. You will need another plugin to do that.
User profiles
It is possible to add fields, add those fields tot he account or register form, and to show those fields in tabs on the profile or in the author box or the users list (users list item template). To show the bio field visit the field in the form builder settings and set it to the users list item.
Managing UserWP profile
UsersWP does not change the functionality at WP Backend -> Users -> Edit. You can still edit user profile values from the backend.
Keep GD Users out of User page
It is possible to filter out users one by one, but I don’t think that page is a good choice for showing a select group. Instead you might do better to build a custom page with links to your editorial team profiles. There is not a way to filter out GD users.
Edit the GD Archive Item template, a WP Page that is used to create the look of the archive item with shortcodes.
Remove the GD Post Rating Item from the template.
