Take a try at that, and let us know if you want us to look at the site once you do.
I’m sorry, I think I misunderstood. You are literally looking for Yoast variables.
I think you might need to contact Yoast about it.
If the developers know of another solution they will let you know.

Payment Manager V1 on your site is no longer supported. The new version Payment Manager 2 requires a new plugin called WP Invoicing that is not installed on your site.
In all likelihood, upgrading will fix the issue you have identified, and if it does not, and your plugins are up to date, we can take a closer look.
