Hello,
to receive support for premium plugins, please login with the account used to purchase the Addon.
Hello Jenn,
you may need to update the license for each plugin. This involves removing the license key, refreshing the page, and then re-adding the license key.
Did you move or change your site URL recently? Even a change to https can trigger this need to update the licenses.

Let us know if that doesn’t work for you.
January 29, 2018 at 11:46 pm in reply to: Supreme Directory child theme is being updated and overwriting changes #414889Hello,
thanks for the feedback about it.
It is the way WordPress works, that anything installed with the plugin manager will be overwritten upon update.
Hello George,
1# Glad to hear you got code snippets working again
2# Glad to hear your footer is working again
3# The Home/Location and Listing/Category pages can both use the GD Popular Post View Widget. The GD Popular Post View Widget has a filter for “Featured Only” to exclude other listings.
4# Not sure I’m getting this:
also, is there a way to change the color of the square backgrounds of categories and add listings blocks on the front page. this grey is very ugly, it would be much better to have something like the popular categories’ dark transparent backgrounds in the front page?
Please provide a URL so we can see the issue.

If not, please let us know how we can help you

As far as we have seen this is not possible without a major customization.
I will flag this for the developers in case they have a different opinion.

Hello,
Thanks for writing in to let us know about that. I can’t reproduce it on my demo site.
Please check to make sure you are running the latest versions of the plugins and especially the Claim Listings addon.
We can take a look at your setting, just make a private reply with your site URL, WP Admin, and FTP details so we can take a look.

It looks like your image URLs are all incorrect, as if they are still on localhost.
You can find and replace them in the DB with Better Search and Replace:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
You will need an SSL certificate to use geolocation features from the Google Maps API.
The API is not currently loading. Please check your API Key at GD > Design > Maps
Hello,
you may have added some CSS to hide it, something like:
.gd-search-field-search {display: none;}Check your custom CSS for your theme and at GD > Design > Scripts > CSS
See here for other examples:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-styling-examples/#search-fieldAlso visit GD > Design > Search to make sure you have not checked “Use old style forms”
Let us know how it goes
This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
the area outside the icon should match the page background color, and the area inside the icon should be transparent.
PHP customization is not necessary.
Hope that helps
Hello,
Can you clarify the issue?
Set the number of posts in a page on the front end
for admins only
for gd_places only?Is that right?
I will flag your request for the developers.
