Hello,
If you don’t have access to the account, then you are advised not to update the GD Core plugin or themes because they only work together with the latest versions.
Hello,
I am unable to login with those credentials. Could you please check them and let us know?
I registered (also) and received login information by email.
The email was in my spam folder.
I clicked the login link and was already logged in as GD does auto login.
Upon returning to the site and landing on ‘joinnetwork’ I was redirected to the ‘places’ page.
Everything looks good from over here!
How will you direct new users to create/add a listing?
Let us know if the issue crops back up.
Thanks
Hello Ceila,
Thanks for writing in today.
A new Business Hours feature will be released after GDV2 comes out.
In the meantime you might consider a custom field for months, with a checkbox for each month. Your visitors could use the advanced search filters to see listings that are open during a specific month.
It sounds quite different than the usual business hours, and may serve you with the business hours, too.
Hello,
The author page link (my account) is dynamic and so it can’t be added to a normal WordPress menu without a customization. That is why the links are included in the Loginbox widget with GD core plugin.
For login, you can make a custom menu item that points to your login page URL, but you would need another 3rd party plugin to hide it from logged in users.
We recommend UsersWP (https://userswp.io) for account management features.
Hello Paul,
thanks for writing in today.
Your site is looking really good. That customized search section looks great!
Your site is using premium plugins, and in order to provide you with support you will need to login here with the account used to purchase the Addons.
Hello,
Even Google doesn’t have ‘clean urls’ like that, so, I would shy away from it.
That said, you could perhaps make some nice links with a 301 redirect plug-in (3rd party).
You could then make shorter urls on your site that point to those search urls’ or others on your site.Hello,
We recommend you test out those and other cache plugins to find the one that works best for you.
We can provide support for GD Booster, so let us know if you have questions about GD Booster.
Thanks
EXIF is part of the server environment options, whether localhost or webhost.
Support for this is outside of what we can do here in support.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/
You can try this link or change it based on what you use for localhost:

Hello,
You can read about the theme here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/supreme-directory-overview/
To add CSS or PHP Snippets, you can read about customizing your style here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
We recommend you do not make changes to the theme files and take advantage of regular updates with WP Easy Updates
Hello Mark,
Thanks for writing in. You are right, that URL is really long.
However, the search URLs are part of how the plugin operates, and changing the structure for search URLs is outside of what we can do here in support at this time.
I will flag this for a developer for a second opinion.
Regardless, we will keep this in mind for future versions, though, and thank you for pointing this out.
Hello,
here is the documentation for setup and configuration.

Hello,
that is a major customization. Please see:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/how-to-add-custom-class-on-add-listing-page-fields/
This should be easier in GDV2.

About the categories, make sure you have not hidden the category select option from the listing form. It must be included in order to choose a category.
GD > Place Settings > Custom Fields > Category
