Hello,
Thanks for writing in today. It sounds like the kind of issue where we might need to take a look at the site.
Please make a private reply and include WP Admin credentials with the site URL so we can login and take a look.
Are you editing the listing on the backend in the WordPress editor or in the GD frontend listing editor?
January 18, 2018 at 4:38 pm in reply to: GeoDirectory is not the main part of the site. How do I install a theme? #413305Hello Kent,
when you complete the basic installation you will be setting up the pages where the GD plugin will place your listings, like the home page and the listings pages.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/
That is very much independant of theme, you can use it with twentyseventeen or any theme out there.
You can adjust those settings atGD > Permalinks
GD comes with settings to place some widgets on those pages, and then you can add or adjust the widgets to meet your needs:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
There are lots of widgets and shortcodes to make sure you can find the right mix for your directory and your niche:

Let us know how it goes
Hello Dan,
the site is looking good. stay in touch and let us know if there’s anything else we can do
Hello,
GD comes with default styles that perform as you describe, with one column on mobile.
If you remove the custom CSS that is what you should see.
Hello!
Did you uncheck the option:
GD > Social Importer > Post to Facebook Settings > Disable auto Post To Facebook
Check that setting and try it again. If it is unchecked, the post should happen the next time the site is loaded after a listing has been published.
If that isn’t happening, get back to us with your site information and we can check on it.
Hello eic2010,
It looks like there’s a pretty active support community for your theme. Here’s a thread about that very subject:
https://themegrill.com/support-forum/topic/widget-titles/
You can add that custom CSS and adjust it as needed:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
GD Experts offer a concierge service to help you with the details of styling your site exactly to your specifications:
Hi!
Did you add any filters or snippets recently? Looks like a broken list tag.
We hardly ever see something like that, so, I’m inclined to suspect some errant html inserted into a template or injected by a snippet.
Do you need help narrrowing it down further? Post your details if you do. WP and FTP, please.

could you check those credentials again?
Couldn’t get in, but not getting any error, exactly.

Thanks for joining us in the forum here and writing in with your question today.
Supreme Directory is a child theme, and you must first install the Directory Starter theme, which is the parent theme.
To make modifications, please see the following page:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Scroll near the bottom to the section “How to add CSS, PHP, and Javascript Snippets to your site”
You can find more information about Supreme here:

Thanks again for writing in, and feel free to make a new ticket if you have more questions

thanks for joining us here in the forum, and writing in with your issue today.
That sounds like something we should take a look at. You can make a private reply and add your Site URL along with WP Admin. That will allow us to take a look at your settings.
Also include your add-listing page where we can see the problem.
January 18, 2018 at 1:13 am in reply to: GeoDirectory is not the main part of the site. How do I install a theme? #413229Hello,
If that is possible, it would be with a 3rd party plug-in or some other service and outside of what we can help you with here in support.
GDv2 will be more flexible for other themes.
In the meantime you can share a link to your site and we can see if we can help with some CSS for theme compatibility.
Use the private reply option to keep your site URL private.
Thanks for writing in, and looking forward to seeing your site.
Hello,
Please make a new topic for new questions.
Hello,
you can of course manually cancel the subscriptions, yes.
The listings are waiting for a cancel order to come via IPN to be downgraded automatically, but only because someone went through checkout and said the recurring package should be used and billed through paypal.
If the user’s subscription is now setup on Paypal, it is up to you if you want to disengage them from the subscription. Whether they do or don’t have the subscription setting in place in Paypal, Why not just send them a reminder invoice?
