Mailer Lite? Does disabling that fix the problem?
You should be able to de-activate and re-active a plugin as needed.
Hello!
Why aren’t the default sort options working for you? The referenced thread does not make things more clear for me.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#sorting
As it says there,
The Sorting Options control how listings are ordered on your Listings (category) pages and in your search results.
On the Search pages, only the default sort order will be used, and only if no keywords were used in the search. Is the issue that you want the results ordered A-Z even if there is a keyword submitted? Or something else?
Hello!
Please review the options in GD> Design > Home and Listing pages.
You can reply with a site URL so we can take a look at your site, too.
Hello!
You mentioned :
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/multi-select-search-bar-option-available/#post-406666You said you want the category drop down to be a multi-select?
Category pages don’t show more than one category. You can only add a single select to advanced search.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/#select
You can add category to advanced search in the same way, but only as a single select.

Your shortcode is getting parsed, yes? In the description field?

Sounds like an interesting customization! I can point you to some related pages, and you can let us know more about what you want to do. The formidable forms link below should give you some idea of the kind of work involved in what you describe, generally speaking.

Hello!
The free GeoDirectory plugin allows you to set a default location and add listings in that location.
As it says on our page here https://wordpress.org/plugins/geodirectory/
Create a local directory, based on a single location, using the GeoDirectory free core plugin. Focus on a street or go as wide as a city. Expand to multiple locations or make a global directory with our MultiLocation premium add-on.
Here is a link to the Mulitlocations Premium Addon that enables additional locations:

Hello!
I took a look and I can’t see an obvious issue. Please provide verified FTP details so we can proceed with additional diagnosis.
One item of note is that many of your listings are missing categories. Category should be required on all your add listing forms and each listing should have at least one category.
You can visit the custom fields for each CPT to adjust what type of field is applied to the category to make selection easier for users.
I would recommend you try disabling all non GD plugins one by one to see if you can find the culprit.
Hello!
You can try the Directory Starter or Supreme Directory themes and let us know if you find the options you need.
Hello!
We provide the BuddyPress integration with GeoDirectory, but we don’t support BuddyPress itself.
You will need to ask the plugin author about that error.
You might want to take a look at a different plugin like UsersWP, if you don’t need all the BuddyPress features. UsersWP also offers customization of verification emails, and we do support UserswP
https://userswp.io/docs/userswp-main-settings/
I have done some searching about the issue, for BuddyPress, and I don’t find anything out there.
I would recommend first disabling the BuddyPress plugin to see if it is indeed causing the issue. You can try with a different plugin like UsersWP or skip that verification procedure. You can also resave your permalinks and see if that fixes it, too.
Hello!
You can try our GD > Advertise Widget, in the Detail Bottom section as shown in the attached image.
You can also create a child theme and edit the template to add as many ad areas as you like.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/
First, though, make sure you review the theme layout.

Hello!
All your listings need a category assigned to them. It is required.
