After you make your new CPTs, go ahead and do an export and you will see the column in the export CSV.

Having trouble with 404 Page Not Found Errors?

Make sure your listings have a category! https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/dos-and-donts/

Unfortunately this is a common issue, and not directly related to GD. It’s related to any plugin that creates WordPress posts and assigns “pretty URLs”.

Whether it was a network timeout or the database server ran out or resources, in one way or another, the job of updating your post URLs had a problem. Here’s a couple steps you can take to try to restore them yourself:

1. Install the Easy Updater plugin – https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-easy-updates/
2. Update all of your GeoDirectory Add Ons and the Core plugin to the latest version – Be sure to do this one at a time to ensure the greatest chance of success.
3. Checkyour Permalinks are set to “PostName” and Re-Save your WordPress Permalinks settings – WordPress > Settings > Permalinks

In 80% of the cases, this will solve 404 and Page not Found errors.
For the next 15%, the next step is to de-activate and re-activate the GD plugin, and then visit WordPress Permalinks one more time to re-save the settings.

Still having trouble? Write back with a private reply. In your reply be sure to include your site’s URL, and admin credentials so we can take a look at your site if necessary. We recommend you add a new user called “gdsupport” and give the user administrator privelages and a temporary password. Share that in your reply, too.

GD uses custom tables and alternate, optimized methods for storing and serving images, as well as providing built-in lazyload/scroll-load of images

The themes and plugins you are using can only be referred to as ‘cache related’. I applaud the hard work that went into creating them, but, in all likelihood you will need to disable the “Load images on scroll’ behavior for compatibility with GD.

There are several issues here. I will answer and our team will followup until you have the information you need. The link you posted isn’t visible at the time I checked.

1# The shortcode you shared should show all events with categoryID 387. Share the page URL and WP credentials so we can follow up and take a look.

2# We can take a look at this too. The shortcode shows text from the extract, so, you will also need to change your event listing extract length.

3# That might be adjusted with CSS. Need the URL to check further.

4# You might want to use a different category for the recurring events, if you still want to show them m on each day, and then categorize the ‘festival’ with the categoryID 387 with dates that span multiple days, so there is just one listing for the festival.
