Yes, there is probably a problem with the shortcode. Try recreating it or starting with [gd_categories] as a test.
Please make sure to update GD. We released an update for Avada today.
Please also check the package advanced settings. If you have selected “Disable HTML Editor” then tags will be stripped.

Hello,
when using the GD importer, yes, the column order must match.
I recommend you check out this doc and try again.

If you want to control it, edit the GD Archive template and use GD Event Schedules
This works for me:
[gd_post_badge key="some_text" condition="is_not_empty" badge="%%input%%" bg_color="#0073aa" txt_color="#ffffff" size="extra-large"]
Looks like you have some extra spaces in the badge=
%%input%%

February 12, 2020 at 7:09 pm in reply to: OpenStreetMaps auto fill selects county field for the city and saves it as city #530026At this time we do not have per-country address formatting. Instead the address field uses a common format. What you are asking for currently requires a customization, but we do plan on looking into this for future versions.
Most themes include a full width template. You could try that instead of the archive.
Excluding and Including categories is a powerful way to create a package, sounds good to me.
Hello,
I understand that the Post Claim widget in the header is not editable in the GD Details template.
You can hide it with this CSS
.left-info .geodir-post-claim { display: none; }
Then use the GD Ninja Forms widget int he sidebar to use the custom form you want.
For more changes to the theme I recommend you check the theme author’s documentation.
Hello,
how would you like to change them? Can you say more about how you want it to look?
February 12, 2020 at 5:07 pm in reply to: Partners (places) with selection of booking sytems and other requirements #530008Hello,
We’d love to help you with advice about how to set up GD as you want.
Where should we start?
Can you describe what you want to change about the search page template?
Have you already tried making changes to the template:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/search/
If you want to change the listings, and what appears in the listings within the search page, you can try editing the GD Archive Item template.
Hello,
%%tags%% work in GD Titles and Metas settings, not with 3rd party plugins. Other plugins have their own features for replacement tags.
Yoast tags include site name, site title, and page title.
February 12, 2020 at 4:46 pm in reply to: Possible to have Reviews/Profile in same view/page #530002I think you are looking for showing the tabs as a list:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/details/#tabs
You can do that with any theme.
The GD themes based on Directory Starter have a blog archive that looks similar to the WP Search
