Domain mapping does not change anything.
GD and Addons only need to be licensed and activated and updated on a single subsite.
On any other site on the network, yes, enter the keys to make the red text disappear.
I’ve made a task for the developers to fix that.

If you haven’t already, try visiting WP Backend – Dashboard – Updates to check for updates.
If the license says unauthorized, you can try deactivating and reactivating the license.

I can appreciate where you are coming from. I know in passing I have seen at least one plugins that say they will push users into all sub-sites.
Unfortunately GeoDirectory doesn’t have features for sharing across sites.
