Well, you can ‘fill down’ pretty easily if you sort them by state.
Can you share a link and login credentials so we can check the settings? If it is showing on a specific page please share a link
Regardless of the admin only status the field will be set based on the packages.
The developers are considering a change, a manual override, and may add something like it to future versions.

For the list of sites supported, unfortunately it is not as detailed as I would like. It seems not all sharing URLs from all services are always supported.That is controlled by the “Posts per page” settings for WP in
WP – Settings – Reading – Posts Per page
When I logged in as a subscriber it worked fine for me.
What the subscriber is supposed to do is click on the Save to List button.
It is on the bottom right of the sidebar. Anyone can do that, then name there list.

If it were to be sorted by distance from a particular place, like a city, that is on the search page.
If it is from the user’s location (which could also be a place, in theory, from a map point), then that would be the location/near/me page.

Otherwise there is no other feature for sorting by distance.
How would you help the user decide the distance? Distance from what?
