Create lists through Buddypress dashboard

    Hello,

    I want to set it up so users once they have an account can create lists from their buddypress dashboard page.

    Can I do that with widgets and settings?

    Hi merileads,

    Thanks for your post. Using the buddypress integration addon, you’ll have the option to “Show Listings in Buddypress dashboard” as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/buddypress/#settings . Have you tried this addon?

    Instructions for setting up the List Manager can be found here:

    Listings can be ‘assigned’ in the listing edit screen in the WP Backend, or via import export for bulk changes.

    For support with BuddyPress you will need to contact the plugin author or hire a designer.

    The setup steps are:

    Add the new GD>Save List element to a template or display with a widget

    Create a couple lists to share with your site visitors

    Add a link to your menu to “/lists” where your site visitors can see the public lists

    Have you done those?

    GD>Save List should be added to the details template, like the GD Details template.

    It is for use on listings.
