In either case, if you position the pin in a place where they have no data, then that can happen, certainly.
Can you share the address here in a private reply?
And you said you are typing in the address and setting the pin and lat/lon manually?

header .featured-area { display: none; }For the sidebar, there is an option in the customizer to adjust the blog sidebar.
Click on advanced and proceed.
