When you upgrade to GDV2 the price package settings are relocated to the CPT settings. Above I have linked you to the package settings for one CPT.

Can you share your example?
Those are provided by the Maps API. Changing them will mean regular manual curation of the locations. New listings will again be set to the Map API result, and then you would merge them into your custom location.
What error are you seeing?
Have you already compared this to an export?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/#recommendedGD has a feature for importing listings and reviews through the backend in CSV. What you describe falls outside of that feature set and would require your own customization.
You were updating Userswp settings or GR?
