Use the shortcode builder to create your shortcode. That way you can adjust the options to your liking.
example
[gd_add_listing post_type="gd_event" show_login="1" login_msg="Please login before you go any further!!"]
The link I shared is what you should add to your menu to link to the add listing page and make it load the correct CPT.
December 6, 2019 at 3:55 pm in reply to: Create Directory of "People Listing" in ~20K Companies #520302You will need to add what you want to the page.
If you edit the page and change the template you can select full width.
Then try adding widgets to the GD Top section.
Open the Widgets and add a GD Categories to the GD Top widget area.
Try that and let us know how it goes.

Yes, did you try using the post_images field in sort, and set it for descending?
There isn’t a way to upload with geocoding for lat lon, but as Kor says GDV2 will do it for you if you have a valid Google API Geocoding key.
December 6, 2019 at 3:38 pm in reply to: Only display categories that contains “upcoming” listings? #520294I’ll check if the developers have an update.
Try using just [gd_categories] on the page
On your site:
body.page-id-8750{ }
GeoDirectory custom fields management UI is all backend.

The file you have attached is not formatted correctly and will not import.
Try this:
Add a listing to your site and fill in all fields
Export all the listings on your site, and download the CSV
Open the CSV to confirm the column structure.
Merge your data into that column structure, and reofrmat your data as needed

Open your GD Archive Item template and remove the GD Post Images element.
Replace it with:[gd_post_images type="image" ajax_load="1" slideshow="1" show_title="1" animation="slide" controlnav="1" link_to="post" types="post_images,logo" image_size="thumbnail" cover="n"]
Or use the shortcode builder to make a new one that uses the thumbnail version
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks for reporting that, we will check into it on your account and post an update here.
