If you mark the package as having upgrades, then the user will be shown the package list so they can choose an upgrade when they click upgrade to edit the listing. That is all hands-off, yes.

It looks fine to me when I add a listing.Yes, that’s the setting you are looking for. To test it add a featured listing with appropriate price package through the backend then check it on the frontend.

If you are importing listings then the images will need to be in the expected folder location, yes. If you uploaded them today the folder is 2019/11
OK, yes, recurring events, well, I might disable those too 🙂
