Unfortunately that is not possible at this time.
A listing must be created first and is tied to the cart item, whether a WP Invoicing item or a WC product.

for Pricing Manager we are considering some changes to the Places -> All page to show additional information there.
I hear what you are saying about it being useful on the user page. Packages are for listings, though, so, it would be some kind of sub-information, perhaps attached to the listing info in the column on the far right?
For now you would need multiple fields to do that. We do plan on working on some new field features, we have a task on our roadmap for it and will take this up as a suggestion to see if this is something the developers can work on in the near future.
