We have moved all those settings into UsersWP, which we recommend for providing profiles, listing management, login, and registration. Once installed UsersWP provides many options for direction.
Instruct the user to drag the map icon to update the address. The map api will supply the region etc.
Make sure you have not chosen the Location Manager option to disable update of the address when moving the pin.
Support is only provided for free users when the site has no premium plugins installed.
To receive support please login with the account used to purchase the premium addons.
We offer an option for the GD Map to make it ‘sticky’. You can find the option for sticky in the GD Map element options.
With some additional custom CSS you can get an approximation of that behavior. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
The theme has settings in the customizer for the claim form. Make sure you adjust that, and contact the theme author about the text link.
For the form, visit the advanced settings in the Ninja Form to make it do what you want when the user is not yet logged in.
