There isn’t a filter exactly like that in GD elements.
Most members display categories on the archive item with GD Output Location or GD Post Meta
Use the shortcode builder or a GD Listings widget and choose the post type you want to show.
Other elements are described here.
It is weighted so that a match in title is more relevant than description or category or tags but all of those matter and will return results for matches. Featured is weighted also.
Tags are often used for admin ad hoc groupings of listings.
I will flag your topic for the developers to say more. The developers will advise, thanks for your patience.
July 10, 2019 at 9:49 pm in reply to: [GeoDirectory V2] gd_loop function not working with sorting options #497058If you want some listings to be featured, and some to not be featured, then you will need at least 2 packages, one that includes the featured field and one that excludes it.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#featured
If featured is currently excluded, you will notice when you edit a listing, mark it features, and then save, that, upon reviewing the listing in the backend that the featured field will be unchecked. See the link above for more info.
We recommend removing custom code to restore original functionality.
Follow the instructions in the FB developers site in your app.
OK, I have flagged your topic for the developers to see if they can think of a workaround for you.
1. If it occurs you can use this guide: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/better-search-replace-plugin/
2 . Either one, sooner rather than later. Save the permalinks twice after the last change you make, whichever one it is.The package expire date is not the issue. I think you have that set correctly. I am just wondering if you need the event start date at all.
The problem in the case for your site is that events that are ON or PAST the START EVENT DATE/TIME are considered PAST.
I added emphasis for myself mostly make sure I was typing it clearly 🙂
Excellent!

The setting you want is shown in attached screenshot, set that to no. You can then downgrade other users with contributor role to author if you like. Subscribers cannot own listings, only authors.
Hello,
such is the way our events system works that events that are on or past the start date/time are considered past.
That doesn’t work for your case, where each event is 30/60/90 days long.
I would recommend instead that the listing itself expires 30/60/90 days from publish. In that way any published event would be ‘on’.
Would that work for you?
July 10, 2019 at 5:35 pm in reply to: [GeoDirectory V2] gd_loop function not working with sorting options #497014Do you use the pricing manager?
If so are the listings in a package that includes featured?I would say that jQuery is suspect! Try removing it.
Update to 20064 an clear cache. Let us know! 🙂
