The tabs currently are set to reset (un-indent) as the default behavior, but, we will look into the possibility for a future version, to have another behavior in order to avoid resetting the tabs.
As a workaround you can use shortcodes instead of adding all the fields one by one.
You can disable the automatic email match approval, of course, and then approve all of them manually. I will make a note of your request about that for consideration for future versions. If a feature request is popular the developers always consider adding it.

GD isn’t AMP ready yet, your mileage may vary with that.Please describe the issue as you see it. I see the map loads on the page and do not understand the issue.

as you can see on the docs it is a shortcode.
First you set up the field
Then use the shortcode builder to create the GD Dynamic Content wrapper

Try one of the examples to see how it works.
Try the Custom Fields tab and edit the Title options

You will need to talk to the author of that system for support.
The issue is probably that the connect to Google’s API is not secure, but, browser location requires an SSL/https connection.

the supported method is through the WP Admin -> Places page.
Use screen options to increase posts per page and delete 200 at a time.
