Generally speaking, any change you make to a listing, including changing the package, won’t change the users subscription on the remote gateway.
Obviously if you remove a listing, then renewal actions on the site will not be processed. That would include expiry emails. However, the contract that is happening at the gateway still keeps going until the user cancels it.

All your places display on /places/
If you want to show them on another page, then you will need to adjust the shortcode/element you use on that page to show more listings.
If you need more advice, please validate the WP Admin credentials and repost so we can take a look at the settings.

Sorry, we don’t have code snippet workaround for that. I will add that to our list of feature requests that we will consider for future versions.
