You will need the Pro version to edit the templates. If you don’t have it then you should just use the WP Pages.
As mentioned on the the builders page linked above, only theme builders have the advanced settings necessary to server the pages properly.
Maybe, but it would be a customization outside of what we can help with in here in support.
The credentials are no longer working.

With UsersWP, the user will have access to all the listings they have authored and claimed through their profile, in any publish statues (closed, draft, pending review, published).
