We do intend to integrate with other form plugins and chose to start with Ninja Forms.

To redirect login or registration links you can use UsersWP or a 3rd party plugin. If you want to create a customization you can use custom functions like this one for redirecting WP login links.

We do strive for compatibility with popular plugins but that is not the same as providing an interface for the data from them, so, no, GeoDirectory search does not index the post types created by other plugins and that includes WooCommerce.
