The image will automatically fill the space available to the container.
To change the posts per page, change the setting in:
WP Backend – Settings – Reading – Posts per page
If that doesn’t work check your theme for a similar setting.

Edit the archive item template to remove the gd post rating element.
There is a button at the top to select OpenStreetMap.
Open Directory Map, select OSM, select style

Are they hidden in the screen options at the top of the page?
The Update should not have had that effect.

Now please install WP Easy Updates to license Location Manager and update both GD core and GD addons.https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/installing-addons/#updates
It is open source so you can do anything you like, but we won’t be able to help you with customization.
Something to consider, you can always create landing pages manually with whatever URL you want and feature certain listings using GD Listings.
