It would have an effect because search considers content in titles/description/tags/categories all together. The listings are not the same so they are ranked differently in results. Again, try adding more description content to match the keywords you are looking for, and tags, too.
You have posted int he V1 forum but it seems like you are using V2.
If you are using V2, you will need to edit the GD Detail template.
This is explained in this video:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/personalize/Open the page and look for gd_post_title and remove it.
If you need us to check the settings please write back with WP Admin access in a private reply.
Try adding more info to the post content of the corcoran listing.
You can change that text by translating the addon po file.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/overview/GDV1 related listings options are built in to the custom post type settings in the design tab.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/
That is at GD – Design – Detail – RELATED POST SETTINGSYou can just delete the layout if you are not using it.
We do not provide support for use of Elementor. Please see their docs about that: https://docs.elementor.com/article/226-getting-startedApril 12, 2019 at 11:21 pm in reply to: How to Make GD Listings Inherit Newspaper 9 Theme Post Design More Effectively #480429This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
1. To show the map icons, you must set the category settings to have no FA Icon.
Read more about that here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/categories/If you want to adjust the options on the search, just open the widget and adjust them. If you want to show another field there, then visit the “Search” tab in places settings:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/search/
If there is another problem with search please make a new topic and we will try to help you with it.For the Location page title you are using Yoast. Right now you can set titles and meta back to GD, but, we have a fix coming out in the next version 20056. Once that comes out it should fix that issue but if it doesn’t write back in a new topic and we will help you with the problem.
The site appears to be ok. Login appears to be working. If there is an issue with the site please let us know what it is and we will take a look.
I am unable to login with those credentials.
Hello,
Select2 doesn’t support this by default, but you could look into customizing the display with something like this: https://github.com/clivezhg/select2-to-tree
You can find developer support for customizations here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com/
I will flag your topic for the developers and they will let us know if there is another workaround that we can help with.
You can find the key for each field in the custom fields settings. Use that to query the field values.
GD Listings has an option to hide it completely if there are no results. There isn’t an option to show something else instead if the results are empty, though.
April 12, 2019 at 10:09 pm in reply to: Split: Display author post date and last modification date #480416Hello,
You can use the GD Post Meta shortcode in the tabs UI. Try that, and if you have a problem with it you can make a new topic so we can help you.
Thanks
April 12, 2019 at 10:08 pm in reply to: How to Make GD Listings Inherit Newspaper 9 Theme Post Design More Effectively #480414I am still unable to view the site. Please remove country restrictions.
For the listings in the sidebar you probably need to adjust the line height using custom CSS. Same for adding a border or bolding.
