OK, so, please take a look at the details page.
I cannot speak to your form with custom fields but the defulat NF Claim form works, I made another one ID10.
Please take a look and keep/remove the ones you want/don’t want.
Let us know if you run into another issue with it.

The developers will look into the issue and post back here with an update.
There isn’t a setting for that.
You will need to create custom CSS to make changes to it.

Our reticence to add it is that there are a number of ways to do it, they are all somewhat complicated, and none of them is perfect.
If you do undertake this yourself you will want to have a clear idea of what you are looking for.
The implementation I saw showed a ‘tall’ field with 4 checkboxes, and with 4 entries visible.
At the end of the day the implementation might not look much different than adding the field to the search filters. If you haven’t already, you could try that, with GD Search in a wrapper class and target some CSS to alter the search bar with the drawer showing.

I added a new test form id 9
<div class=”ninja-contact-test”>[gd_ninja_forms form_id=”10″ text=”NINJA TEST” post_contact=”0″ output=”button”]</div>
I removed it from the details page but that is the code I was using.
The developers will take a look.
For the record, which one of the buttons do you want to keep? #2?

On the tabs you can add a custom shortcode tab and use the GD Post Address there.

If you haven’t already I would highly recommend using the shortcode builder to create the shortcode you want.
Please share a link to the editor for the GD Details so we can check on it.
