About the design elements like the search bar, all the options are available in the shortcode, block, or widget. Use whichever one works for you and click on the advanced options.
Any option for an element is available in each format, shortcodes blocks and widgets.
In theory, but it would be a customization outside of support.
With the GD BP integration addon you can use the GD Dashboard widget to give users a link to their listings on their profile.

I just added a listing using the menu link. Can you say more about the issue or is it resolved?
You can add as many GD elements as you like to the page, the link above is just a starter to get something going.

If you are using UWP it will show the link as /author/… but then redirect to the UWP profile.
If that isn’t happening make sure you have checked the options in UWP -> Geodirectory for redirecting author links.
