Try creating a different template for each of the GD templates

No, you are correct, that will not work while the template is active.
That is one of the reasons Divi created their new theme builder feature.
Instead you can use the backend editor or the theme builder instead of the frontend builder.
The templates are activate and cannot be edited directly like that.

The original data should have been split into the separate columns. Try deleting the listings and giving that a try.

What is the issue you are seeing?
If you want more listings, then remove the ID column.
Because the ID exists they are being checked against the existing listings, and, with no changes made, nothing is being updated.
You have used GD Listings on the GD Archive template.
You should use GD Loop instead.
The tabs is not appearing.
Complete the setup of UsersWP as described here by adding the tabs in the Tabs UI.
