Ah, now I see. The show advanced button does not work.
Those fields should all expand for you to edit them.
This is no doubt a conflict with another plugin.

We need WP Admin and FTP to figure out what’s wrong there.For navigation there arrows and thumbnails.
Ah, I see. The “sticky” map option is not available with GDV2.
We will take a look at adding it back. One of the concerns is that it won’t always ‘work’ like it did with GDV1 because there is a lot more flexibility with display.
Please post GDV2 related issues into the appropriate GDV2 subforum so we know how to answer your questions.

Check to make sure you have include the GD Post Distance element in your GD archive item.
