There seems to be a problem with your theme.
The page content is loading inside the footer, which is not the way things should be.
You should contact the theme author for information about how to set up your pages.I would recommend looking at the GD Pages and changing the page template.
I think though that you must have some setting triggered that has placed the content in the footer.
We can take a look at the settings if you would make a private reply and include WP Admin login URL and WP Admin credentials.
Are you using V1 or V2? If you are starting a new site you should use V2.
Builders can be used with V2 and I have not yet run into an issue with BB Pro on Supreme V2.
Did you install the plugin mentioned in the doc or another fix?
I see the comment in the backend editor, but it isn’t showing anything at all to me on the frontend.
I got a message that comments are disabled, and I cannot even see the WP Settings -> Discussion where comments are controlled.
Do you have a plugin related to comments?
We are trying to be helpful, but this is not a GD issue. If you need hands on help with this you are going to need to hire an expert. A fullstack expert should be able to help you:
You can use a plugin like Better Search Replace to look for styles that appear in the code, or scan files for those same classes.
If you switch themes does the code still appear?
The instructions are here:

thanks for writing in about your issue.
Please sign in with the account you used to purchase the premium addons in use on your site.

Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
This is the second time you have asked for support when using premium plugins. Please purchase a license.
I have not seen that particular feature before, but, it is definitely part of the map.
You might could go back to wherever you made your customization about the features and colors on the custom map and attempt to identify it.

Those strings should all be in the core plugin, I think.
Have you followed the process described here:
Yes, it will show them.
