Hi
I have created a couple tasks based on this. An update will be placed here when available.
Remove the gd_post_rating shortcode from the Archive item template
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/design-elements/#gd_post_rating
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/page-design/
There will be a link for each tag/category/city/region combination.
It is set automatically, just as in GDV1, and it can be changed, just as in GDV1.
The difference is that Admins don’t have to go to the backend page to reach the field, should they want to access it.
What’s the browser protection? Can you turn that off?
No, not that I am aware of. The verdict is to use Gutenberg…when using Gutenberg. Or don’t use Gutenberg.
Hi,
You should extract the folders on your desktop, then upload the folders to the server. Did you do it that way?
If you put a lot of work into packages or something else, well, why not try and complete the conversion.
If you want to start fresh you will need to reinstall WordPress. If you are with Godaddy I think they have a big red button somewhere that says “delete everything”, then after that you press another button that says “Go” or “install WordPress”, but, that seems a little drastic.
We can take a look at that, recurring events shouldn’t create image copies.
You can share details in a private reply, and be sure to explain how we can recreate the issue.
It looks like you might could check the Description and Logo fields in your CPT Custom Fields.
If you have them set to “Show in What Locations” -> listing, then you might want to either remove that or edit the Archive item template to remove the duplicate.

Thanks for reporting, the developers will have a look.
You can adjust the height of the content area to cut off the text. An example is shown here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/design-elements/#post_contentThis is not planned at this time because it is not only complex and requires additional complexity to solve. The developers are aware of the feature request.
A task has been added to look at this, thanks for reporting.
It is very easy to want to press the button twice due to the delay on the form processing. The field validation is running and checking all the fields, causing that slight delay.
When available an update will be posted back here. You can check your media library settings. V2 Will use your site’s source set sizes.
