Please make a private reply and include your WP Admin login URL and admin credentials.
Also please include a link to one of the listings that is showing the problem.
We just have to wait. I cannot see any obvious issues on the site. You can continue to add listings and use the features that are available.
If you have a staging site you can make that available, too.
If you are simply linking them using the built in options, the tab should show automatically.

It looks like you have upgraded to GDV2?

Your settings look correct, and your plugins are up to date.
You still have the V1 themes loaded, please remove those to see if it fixes the issue.
If not, then please write back with FTP so we can do some additional debugging.
You have GDV1 for the core plugin.
Please follow these instructions to convert, or remove all V2 addons and use V1.
You cannot mix and match addons:

Your Supreme theme is V2, but you need to upgrade the directory Starter parent to V2.
The V1 Send Enquiry button/link will show up on listings that have an email field (where the field has a value).
If that is not working the way you expect, please share WP Admin credentials. We cannot use token links because we are a team.

About the sidebar selection, yes, that is correct, it can only pick out the sidebars of the active theme.

There is not a setting like that in GD or WP.
That is controlled by a WordPress setting at:
WP , Settings, Reading, Posts per page
Some themes have a setting for it too that will override the WP setting. Not GD themes, but others like Divi.
That was because the themes weren’t updated, try again.
