I am using the Stripe plugin and the subscriptions are set up and active in my Stripe Test mode.
Actually, I can cancel a subscription in Stripe – I just cancelled one of the test subscriptions and it allows you to choose either immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the current billing period.
April 4, 2016 at 9:57 pm in reply to: Sorting by Featured or Rating does not sort them by Alpha #157635So how do you determine the order of the listings when sorting by Featured? They seem to be sorted by newest listing. If I set up a non-featured listing as Featured, that listing will display as the first listing using the featured sort option. The listings that are not featured are sorted by newest listing which may not be the most ideal way to sort them since there is no apparent rational to the order for the person that is browsing…
You’re welcome any time.
Note: This problem is specific to the recurring payment process. I know that the “invoice.payment_succeeded” event is not created for one time payments and that is why the “charge.succeeded” event is used in that scenario. But the “charge.succeeded” event does not seem to work for the recurring payments so the “invoice.payment_succeeded” event should be used for recurring payments.
Cheers.
I found the problem. The text was also in the .po file in the Stripe Payment module.
Sounds good. Thanks.
I jumped the gun. I updated the translation files as indicated and screen text is updated where I made changes. However, the incorrect text regarding the subscription signup is still being used both in the email notification and the Invoice information…any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks for the instructions. I made corrections and all is well now.

August 14, 2015 at 1:14 am in reply to: Add Listing using price plan limiting categories. Child categories not limited #49345Thanks. As a follow up, a person has to select a parent category before they can select a child category. Is this as designed or is this a bug as well?

For clarification, as an example, if I have a limit of 3 categories, would the parent category count as 1 category?
I ask this because in our current plans, parent categories are included for Free and the child categories are counted towards the limit of 3. In other words, you can only select 3 child categories but any of the relevant parent categories.
I’m not asking you to change your parameters to accommodate our pricing plans. I just need to know how the category limit works so we can modify our category setup and limits accordingly.
