Thanks! I’m sure that will give me the result I need.
Thank you for the help!!!
Thanks for the feedback. It was actually set to “Hide on Checked Pages”, and none of the options were checked. I’m using the Widget Options plugin. I had to set the GD Pages setting to “Listing Detail Page”, and then set the Hide/Show option to “Show on Checked Pages”, and check the GD Details, Businesses, Places, and Non-Profits options. Now the form shows. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I thought it was a scripting issue because I played around with the settings for hours trying to get it to work.

Thanks!
That’s how we have it now. The issue is that GD cancellations must be manually managed. I was looking for an automated solution.
Hi Stiofan,
It just dawned on me… Is there a way to redirect a user who signs-up on GD BEFORE they are taken to the Add Listing page?
AC: A user will Sign-up and pay on the GD site (PayPal or Stripe). Upon successful payment, they will be redirected to the Member site to complete their certification before they get to the add listing page.
This should be much easier to do.
Thanks,
QuintonHi Stiofan,
Our corporate model is to sign-up members on site 2 first, and then send them to GD only after they have finished their certification process. This way we can assure that all GD listings are created by certified members. Doing it the other way around was too confusing, because they would create a listing first and then go to site 2 for the certification.
Thanks,

I was able to register a new account using Firefox, but not with Chrome or Safari. I was also able to log into the Directory site with the new account (created in FireFox) in Chrome. The login redirects to the Home page, which seems to work properly. I think the issue is browser related, but I’m not able to find any JavaScript errors. To start, I’ll try to disable all my Chrome browser plugins and ad blocking. I hope you’re able to help me with this problem.
Thanks for your help!
