    Thanks,
    Eduardo

Kor, Is there an easy way to find in what .po file a string can be found?. I usually have a lot of troubles to find if what I want to translate is located in a theme, core or add-on file.

For instance, the latest one I am having troubles with is the Upgrade listing link found in the detail page sidebar.

Your assistance will be very appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Eduardo

Paolo, it doesn’t, I thought as you because of the tracking code. What do you recommend?

Kor, how can I be certain analytics is well setup? I migrated to SSL (https) and I don’t know if I have to change the current keys because it doesn’t show any error but what I have tested seems that is not showing current info/users or last week visits.

    Thanks,
    Eduardo

    Hi Kor,

Thank you for your quick and correct response. I finally found it and fix it.

Could you please give your comments about my other question?
What happens if I have 3 different versions of a mo file in the following locations, which one will wordpress use?
    1)/home/celebrac/public_html/wp-content/languages/geodirectory-es_ES.mo
    2)/home/celebrac/public_html/wp-content/languages/geodirectory/geodirectory-es_ES.mo
    3)/home/celebrac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-languages/geodirectory-es_ES.mo

    Hi Kor, Guust,

Thank you for all your support. Attached you will find an screenshot as an example of my suggestion to help users understand the best approach. For instance, the image in the listing slider looks fine (top-middle of the screenshot), but the same listing image looks cropped in the regular “latest places” images at the bottom-left of the screenshot.

I undestand an image cannot be both square and rectangular shapped unless you crop it or enlarge without keeping the aspect ratio. My suggestion would be to have a different kind of image the user can upload for square and for rectangular aspect because the featured image and the listing slider is pretty much compatible in shape but the squared related or latest places are not.

Also, I still don’t quite understand how the “upload file” custom field for a place (as an jpg) behaves when a user upload an image.

    Thanks,
    Eduardo

    Guust, Kor,

Thank you for your comments. What I am looking for is for a guide to have the proper image size to upload in GD, I had some issues at the beggining specifically for the featured image, site logo and the map markers (those issues have been already overcame). Later on I see that some user uploaded images tend to enlarge for the listing main image, not a very big deal but having a guide about image suggested sizes would be great so that we recommend it to the users as well. I use supreme directory theme.

    Thanks

    Hi Guust,

Thank you for your input, as always you are right, I didn’t realize I didn’t generated a non-recurring payment option and therefore I was never getting the bank transfer as an option.

I have a couple of questions related:
    1) When a recurring subscription is in place (for instance user selected Stripe) and the customer wants to cancel on its own, can they do it through their dashboard?, what would it be the procedure and how can I know Stripe received the cancellation order?.
    2) If I want to do a manual change to plan or payment status through the backend, what would it be the procedure?
    3) Is there a way to get an export of payments received (CSV or Excel) for accounting purposes?

    Thanks,
    Eduardo

Thank you Kor, It helped me a lot, the only problem is that I cannot find some widget sections like “GD Listing Right Sidebar”, the most similar one is “GD Add Listing Right Sidebar”. Same case for GD Search Right Sidebar or GD Header Right.

Could you please tell me how to recreate it?.

    Eduardo
