I think you are copying from somewhere else, image 1 is your file, and image 2 is the exported file.
You should only use LibreOffice CSV to create the files, then you would not have those “illegal” characters.I tested with an export, deleted lat and lng, and reimported without any problems.
Make sure you only use LibreOffice, not EXcel. Thanks
The Maps JavaScript API has not been authorized for the used API key.
You only have the Time Zone and GeoCoding API active.
ThanksChange packages on the Add Listing form and you will get the correct URL for each package, for example
…/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=2
…/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event&package_id=8
etc.
Thanks1. Choose a host where you can easily upgrade. You can probably add a few thousand listings but the site will be very slow. It depends too on other plugins you have, and what type of shared hosting plan you are on. Not all shared hosting is the same.
2. Edit the listing, and reset the address and the map. That should fix it if you have set the default location correctly.
3. There can be a few reasons for that. The API does not know the address, or the API is not correctly authorised for your site. OSM typically will give more errors and has less data.

Thanks
You can add any table to a WP page and link direct to the packages.
There are plugins for that or review https://wpgeodirectory.com/are-pricing-tables-slowing-down-your-site/Thanks
This is the Google Map API error you have: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-target-blocked-map-error
Please check your Google settings.

2. What’s a shortcode?

3. On an average, how many listings GD can cater to on a shared hosting? Most listings won’t have any images or videos and I don’t expect over a few thousand visits in a month or so. And I’m only looking for a reasonable speed …nothing great.

4. Can I adjust single location plugin to any default location? I set it to Mumbai/Maharashtra/India as a default location. But it still shows Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States in its address! Do I need a multi-location plugin to change the default to some other city? I’ve tried disabling Maps but that didn’t help.
Have a look at GD > Settings > Default location, or run the setup wizard.
You can change the default to any “city” but if you want listings in more than one “city” you will need the Location Manager addon.

https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/5. GD Status shows a “Page does not contain the shortcode.” message on Add listing page. Is that normal?
You will need to add the correct shortcode to the Add Listing page:
GD > Settings > Pages > Add Listing > Edit
See imageThanks
