I thought allowing one category only, meant exactly that: one only (regardless whether that category is a parent or a child category). So the error message is correct.
But if that is the case, child categories should not be presented as an option, as it currently is.

I’ll get the developers to have a look at this after the weekend. Either the error message is wrong, or the child category should not become available.

I get the same in any browser, all looks fine. I think you just need to do a good refresh, or reset caching etc.
If you give a URL of a “bad” page, I can give you a screenshot.

4. You should NOT turn off the custom fields, only the DISPLAY of the information.
It will not affect the map, because there is an address and matching lat and lng.

Email will never be displayed. It creates a contact form in the sidebar of the listing.
