If you want it to show on all Listings pages:
Appearance > Widgets > GD Listings Sidebar > CPT categories widget > TICK “Don’t filter for current viewing category”I doubt if there is no real payment [sandbox payment] that the system would pay commission. That makes little sense to me, unless WPaffiliate has a test option to integrate with PayPal sandbox.
Have you checked with WP affiliate?
And have you tested without your custom gateway?So if I understand correctly, you want to create a custom page with links to the Add Listing pages, some listings, a video etc.

GD > Place Settings > Custom fields > edit the Sales REP ID field > Show in what locations? > delete all
I think you have used the wrong description at GD > Design > Search
The first field is not for “Name, City, State, etc.”

You have set the height at a fixed height of 500, if you delete that CSS it will work again.
