You had not selected any post types at GD > Claim Listings > Options tab > Choose post types for show claim listing link

Categories are required, you should not set that to inactive.

I also corrected the GD permalink to “Add region and city slug in listing urls (/region/city/)”

Have a look at GD > Place Settings > Custom fields tab > Address field > Frontend title.
You can change it there.

If you use the Prices and Payment addon, you can turn it off in the price packages.
Or you can hide with CSS.

When both are turned on: Only admin can see and edit

When both are turned off: nothing can be seen by anybody

When only “Is Active is turned on: users and admin can edit and see

When only “For Admin use only is turned on? : Nothing, the field will not be active.
