I can see them in all of these sections …

That is not a bug, that is how it works.
If you want to force an upgrade when claiming, you need to set GD > Listing Claims > Options tab > Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure > YES
“Upgrade listing” means that listings with that price package can select another level, including the same or lower or higher.

You can set the reply to private if you like.You need to update your URL in the Google Analytics settings when you change your URL from HTTP to HTTPS

How do I get Special Offer field back onto a (non free) paid pricing Add listing page?
2) You need to select the allowed fields when creating a price package.
Go to the price package and make sure the Special Offers field is selected in “Post fields”
Or go to GD > Place Settings > Custom Fields > Special Offer and make sure it is available for the price packages of your choice.4) I think it might be a good idea for GD to not make REGIONS a required field.

Seems to be a server issue, I’ll get the developers to have a closer look after the weekend.

So I guess you used the wrong filename in the upload file.
I had no trouble adding the image to the listing doing the correct upload from my computer.
And no issue with the map I can see on that MTHL listing.
I can see the logo just fine.
