You have a few plugins that redirect and change the behavior of the normal login process.
You also use WPengine’s caching.
Because you use BP, you could delete the GD dashboard. That will get around that problem, unless you can sort the conflicts with the other plugins out.
Unless you turn off the caching, you will need to update listings as they expire for the changes to take effect.
I’ll alert the developers to your post too, they might have more comments to make. Thanks.Like I said, you need to upload icons to all your categories.
This reply has been marked as private. You were not allowing the new custom field for the price package. I fixed it for you.
What makes you think it has reached a limit? Are they not saving anymore? Are you getting an error message?
I think you need to upload an icon to your Accounting category, it has gone missing.
If I am guessing wrong, we will need your URL and admin details in a private reply.
Thanks. It is only the display that is limited, the description field takes and saves unlimited characters.
It must have something to do with your theme I think. I’ll get the developers to have a closer look. The Instant ID and Account ID will be as per WorldPay, the ones in GD are just examples.
Finding the Instant ID: http://wp-support.crm.worldpay.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1132/~/what-is-an-installation-id-or-instid%3F
If we need to look at your GD Payment settings, we will need a URL and WP admin details in a private reply. Thanks.

1. You can change design in a number of ways, it all depends exactly what you want to change.
2. The compatibility settings has nothing to do with getting the GD plugin to work. That is just to make sure it works well with your theme.
For some themes we included the tweaks needed to get out of the box compatibility already and that includes “X”, so there is nothing else you need to do.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-theme/3. The GD search can be added to any page using the “GD > Search” widget, or the GD Search shortcode.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#searchI have done some tests, so you will have to set that listing to un-claimed again.
#1. That would not work for users that are logged in before they want to claim a listing. I think what you have done is probably the best. You have a clear link to registration on the login page, and you have made it clear that you need to be registered to claim.
#2 We will need your admin details to investigate this.
#3 If you want to review new listings, then edits need reviewing too. Otherwise it defeats the purpose of reviewing; I could submit a nice listing, and then edit putting it full of nasty things.
#4 Your redirect in the Buddypress GD settings for the login page is not correct. The GD Dashboard widget is not redirecting correctly.

You will need the Custom Post Type addon, so you can create a new Custom Post Type that does not require addresses.
You’re welcome 🙂
