I fixed all your GD pages. You had given them all a parent page which breaks things. Please check now.

I still see header images on all pages, regardless of desktop, mobile or laptop.

That would require a customization, which is outside support.
That usually means that some other search function of another plugin over-rides the GD search function.
The search result page is not the GD page either but the normal WP search page.

You need to allow for listings outside Cleveland by installing and activating the Location Manager addon, or if already active, you need to allow for listings outside your default location.
Turned it off at GD > Place settings > custom fields > address > Display map view: > No

GD Info is not there as a page to add website info, but to display GD information messages when transactions are completed. See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#manage
Please check now. I re-created the Info page to get rid of all the Visual Builder stuff.
