You mean the “Send enquiry” button?
That should show if the listing has an email address added.
Unless it is turned of in a price package.

In GD > multilocaions > Manage locations > change the default city.

You need to link to /location/me
You can do that with the “GD > Near me button” widget.

The “compass” near me function only shows the location of the visitor, it does not take the visitor to any different page just by itself.

Look for

in style.css and change that to

.geodir-page .featured-area {
    align-items: center;
    display: flex;
    min-height: 350px;

    text-align: center;
}

.featured-area {display:none}
