Can you update Supreme theme to 1.0.5 and Directory starter theme to 1.0.7 please.
That should fix issue 1.Drag the marker to the location on the map, that will fill in the details of the country, region and city automatically, and then you can add whatever you like in the street address field.

Your system does not seem to send any emails at all.
Install a plugin like this to see if the emails are actually prepared but not send, and then you will have to check with your host:

A minor bug was discovered when people went from 1.6.5 to 1.6.7 without first updating to 1.6.6.
So 1.6.8 is just a minor fix.Have you entered all your licenses at GD > Auto updates?
If that does not work, then extract the latest addons on your local computer, and upload to the correct folder using FTP – overwriting the existing files. You will not loose anything that way.Deleting the plugins will delete some of the settings.
