I am able to add a listing, but if you want to add listings outside the default place, you will need to install the Location Manager addon.

I had no trouble exporting and importing a CSV file.

I can see the dummy data cannot be loaded, so if you need that, let us know and we will have a closer look for you.

I cannot find where to fix it, but it is in this file:

I have overridden it at GD > design > scripts

Field sets are translatable just the same as custom fields.

Did you enable physical location again before importing the listings again?
