1. All locations are populated from the Google API, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/definitions/#location
If the location is in international waters, there is no city, region or country that can be used as an address. But you should be able to add a listing in the middle of the ocean if you like.

2. You cannot delete any part of multilocations; Your locations need to be always in this format:
city > region > country, exactly like Google suggests when you add a listing from the frontend.

“Business Owner/Associate?” is in the Claim Listing addon.
“Tags are short keywords etc” is in the Payments addon.
“Click on above field etc is in the location manager addon.

Have you entered your licenses at GD > Auto updates + licenses?

If you want to do it manually, download the latest version from https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/fromoutofthecrowd/downloads
and unzip on your local computer, then over-write on the server using FTP.
