It should work, if your package has a price, and the user selects that package.
See image 1 for the checkout, and image 2 for the next screen if selecting the “bank transfer option.
Image 1 is achieved by changing the text in the backend for the bank transfer option, and image 2 is done with translating the payment addon language file.

You need to add something like this:

}

Adjust the @media screen settings to target the sizes you want.

Sorry, but that is not possible. It is either a review system or a comment system, it cannot be a combination of both. You can turn off ratings altogether if you do not want any ratings.

You create categories at Places > Categories.
When creating a category there, you will need to upload a new icon or choose one from the media library.
When installing the dummy data, some icons are added to your media library. But icons [map markers] are not auto created by GD.
