1. Your GD pages should not be child pages, so I moved them for you. That is why you get the 404 on login.
2. You can find the correct links in your main menu now.
3. You should not copy any GD pages, all GD pages are like templates. For example, the Add Listing template is used to auto-create an Add Listing page for each CPT.

It seems that your page builder is overwriting/deleting all the GD CSS.
Can you post your WP admin details in a private reply please if we need to investigate more.
He can select his listings from the menu in the GD dashboard widget and then choose to upgrade his listing and pay this time.
